We are diffferent, we believe that when you have an event you are more interested in providing your guests with the highest quality product available at the most reasonable cost than getting the cheapest price and lowest quality.
We are an artisan BBQ caterer and as such we don't cut costs by buying lower quality meats and ingredients. Our pricing is predicated upon our philosophy that we will not lower our quality standards in order to bring down our prices. In fact, for the quality we deliver, our prices are very reasonable. We are proud of what we serve.
